Kodak captures...

To start, the campaign changed to Kodak captures...and then whatever the AD is.

The first four are my print ads. I know the second two are a little busy, especially the third one, but the summer montage is by far my favorite one. By the time I did the "Uncaptured" signs one I was pretty pissed off with how long all this shit took and was picturing the rest of my group doing nothing for this project and being angry. After seeing my first Ad they said that I was pretty good at it and probably "did them really quickly" so I got the rest of the Ads. This isn't entirely true though, I know they would have bombed this part, so it wasn't all that bad.

This is examples of Ads that would go in stadiums, much like a "Kiss" cam. The thing I thought would be interesting about this is the fact that there is so little to write that they could be done on the spot, hence the traitors one. I had more ideas that didn't really fly because they were probably too "progressive," for example Kodak pictures "robbing the cradle." I had many more, but no use wasting time on them.

Of course the facebook tie in. To hell with all those fifty year olds on myspace.

This is probably the most broke photoshop I've ever done, but I was tired of making these Ads at this point, but it is a camera that would take pictures of people walking by and they would be in the storefront until the next person took a picture. Kodak captures you...

That's about it, the presentation is tomorrow, tell me what you think. Also, to Yishai's comment that everyone loved, it did make a lot more sense, but finding that high quality a picture was near impossible. The baseball one would sorta' be the same way, but I just want to get the general message across. Thanks for input though, i enjoy it from everyone and do more...Kodak captures frustrated Joe at this point.

School's (almost) out for summer! ...Forever!...

So I'm in a group project and the one day I decide to skip class they decide that our product should be a digital camera to advertise nationally. Idiots. They might as well have picked tampons or anything else that is exactly the same as everything else in that market.

So my big idea was "Take Your Memories Back...Kodak" and the first is the print ad i made...two pager! about the o so hip Kelly Clarkson. Makes Hicks look like soul Poohtrol. Ok, i'm going to stop while I'm behind.

The second set of ads is a guerilla type of idea where you would set up these posts at many scenic spots around the nation. Kinda' an eyesore, but slightly clever I guess. Enjoy...and as always any feedback would be interesting.
